Subscriptions

We provide an integration with WooCommerce Subscriptions & Subscriptions with WooCommerce Payments to make managing subscriptions almost effortless. Using AutomateWoo, you can create workflows based on subscription events, such as when a subscription status changes or a renewal payment fails:

  • Subscription Status Changed – This trigger can be used for specific status changes (e.g. active to expired) or if you wish to monitor any change in status.
  • Subscription Before Renewal – This trigger runs a set number of days before a subscription renewal payment is due.
  • Subscription Before End – This trigger runs a set number of days before a subscription is scheduled to end/expire.
  • Subscription Payment Complete – This trigger fires when the first payment has been completed and after each renewal payment is successfully charged.
  • Subscription Payment Failed – This fires when a subscription renewal payment fails.
  • Subscription Trial End – This trigger can be used to create workflows that notify customers when a free trial ends.

AutomateWoo also contains several subscription actions that can be used to bulk update subscriptions prices, create prepaid subscriptions, pause subscription renewals, add/remove products, add/remove coupons and much more!

WooCommerce Points and Rewards

AutomateWoo integrates with the WooCommerce Points and Rewards plugin making it possible to add and remove points via automated workflows and more. Giving points is a great way to reward specific customer actions and with workflows, it’s possible to easily create complex reward scenarios. Use cases include:

  • Add points when a customer’s total spend reaches $400
  • Add points when a customer has been inactive for 90 days
  • Add points when a customer abandons their cart
  • Add points to a customer after their subscription is renewed 12 times
  • Add points when a customer opts-in to receive marketing communications
  • Remove points when a customer cancels a subscription

When combined with the Refer A Friend add-on:

  • Add points to an advocate when they refer a new customer
  • Add points to an advocate when they refer 5 customers

WooCommerce Memberships

By integrating with AutomateWoo you can take WooCommerce Memberships to the next level. Create workflows that automatically send follow-up emails, reward loyal customers with VIP status and keep an eye out for membership cancellations. AutomateWoo provides four custom triggers and actions to help you stay connected to your members.

  • Membership Created – This trigger fires when a new membership is created. This could be from a purchase, subscription or a manual creation.
  • Membership Status Changed – This trigger fires when a membership status changes (e.g. from active to expired).
  • Create/Change Membership Plan for User – Creates a new membership or changes the plan of existing memberships.
  • Delete Membership for User – Deletes a user’s membership.

WooCommerce Wishlist

WooCommerce Wishlist is a great way of letting your customers create and manage their own wishlists, and by integrating with AutomateWoo you can take this one step further. Keep customers coming back to your site using our custom triggers:

  • Wishlist Item On Sale – This trigger fires when a product on a customer’s wishlist goes on sale.
  • Wishlist Reminder – For each customer with a wishlist, this trigger will fire as a reminder after a specified number of days. This can be used to send follow-up emails and persuade them to visit your store again.

WooCommerce Bookings

AutomateWoo (5.3 and newer) includes an integration with WooCommerce Bookings (1.15.35 or newer required). If you want to improve your customer experience, decrease cancellations, or even upsell customers after they book, AutomateWoo can help.

  • Booking Created – This trigger fires when a new booking is created. This could be for bookings created via checkout, or created manually with a new corresponding order. This does not trigger for manually created bookings that are assigned to an existing order or no order.
  • Booking Status Changed – This trigger can be used for specific status changes (e.g. paid to confirmed, or confirmed to completed) or if you wish to monitor any change in status.

YITH Wishlist

Boost your sales by taking advantage of AutomateWoo’s powerful automation capabilities and integrating with YITH Wishlist. We provide three triggers to help you create your own fully automated wishlist marketing campaigns:

  • Wishlist Item On Sale – This trigger fires when a product on a customer’s wishlist goes on sale.
  • Wishlist Reminder – For each customer with a wishlist, this trigger will fire as a reminder after a specified number of days. This can be used to send follow-up emails and persuade them to visit your store again.
  • User Adds Product To Wishlist – This trigger fires when a product is added to a user’s wishlist.

Twilio SMS

AutomateWoo integrates out of the box with the popular cloud communication platform Twilio. The action Send SMS can be paired with any trigger so you can create dynamic SMS messages using AutomateWoo variables. To make life easier, the phone country codes are automatically added with each customer’s number based on their billing country.

MailChimp

Enabling the MailChimp integration for AutomateWoo lets you automate how you add and remove members from your MailChimp lists. The integration includes five actions which can be used with any of the AutomateWoo’s wide range of triggers so you can sell more while doing less. Some examples include:

  • Adding customers who purchase a certain product to a list
  • Adding or removing customers based on their subscription status
  • Adding high spending customers to a VIP MailChimp list
  • Updating contact custom fields with data from WooCommerce
  • Adding and removing customers from MailChimp list groups

ActiveCampaign

AutomateWoo provides four actions to help you integrate with ActiveCampaign so you can add customers to lists and add or remove tags which you’ve assigned to users:

  • Create/Update Contact – Lets you create workflows that sync your customer data in ActiveCampaign.
  • Update Contact Custom Field – Can be used to help you sync even more customer data using workflows.
  • Add Tags To Contact – Automatically adds a tag to your contacts in ActiveCampaign based on various triggers.
  • Remove Tags From Contact – Can be used to remove tags you’ve assigned to contacts when they no longer apply.

Campaign Monitor

AutomateWoo integrates with Campaign Monitor making it possible to add and remove subscribers from Campaign Monitor lists via automated workflows. Every trigger included in AutomateWoo can be used with the Campaign Monitor actions. Use cases include:

  • Adding customers to a Campaign Monitor list when they opt-in during the checkout process
  • Adding customers who sign up to a specific subscription product to a list in Campaign Monitor

Mad Mimi

Loving Mad Mimi? With AutomateWoo you can automate the process of adding customers to your Mad Mimi lists. This can be used in any number of situations, such as when they purchase from certain categories, allow their subscription to elapse or reach a total lifetime spend.
