Bring customers back to your store by promoting your new products

Use case

This workflow will trigger an email to encourage customers back to your store by showing them your newest products.

Workflow setup

  1. Create a new workflow.
  2. Select the Customer Win Back trigger.
  3. Enter the variable you want to use for Minimum days since purchase and Maximum days since purchase to determine when a customer is seen to be inactive.
  4. Click Add Action and select Send Email and include the variable {{ customer.email }} as the email address.
  5. Populate the required fields.
  6. Craft the content of the email. Include the {{ shop.products | type: 'recent' }} variable to include your most recent products.
  7. Click the Preview link to preview your email to ensure it is correct.
